Is tying a shirt around your waist still fashionable?
I don?t do it often but I find that it?s a great way to add texture or another layer to a dress in the spring/summer seasons. It?s also a nice way to add a bit of waist definition to a more boxy or straight cut. I also find the extra fabric extremely useful in adding length to the behind area especially when the hem is a little too mini for public display.
In the case above, the shirt served all 3 purposes and I couldn?t be more pleased with the result. It?s quite nice to know that form and function do coexist.
