Is tying a shirt around your waist still fashionable?
I don’t do it often but I find that it’s a great way to add texture or another layer to a dress in the spring/summer seasons. It’s also a nice way to add a bit of waist definition to a more boxy or straight cut. I also find the extra fabric extremely useful in adding length to the behind area especially when the hem is a little too mini for public display.
In the case above, the shirt served all 3 purposes and I couldn’t be more pleased with the result. It’s quite nice to know that form and function do coexist.
Happy Easter all!
