A Medley of Vintage

This pink striped Ralph Lauren shirt is one of those things that had survived multiple rounds of culling. I haven’t worn it for more than a couple of years but recently I just yearned to pair it with frayed denim. There’s just something so comforting about pairing a soft old shirt with worn in jeans. I’m not a head-to-toe vintage kind of girl but I do adore older pieces with a certain character to them.

I’ve just unloaded all of my clothes and (shamefully) my possessions have taken over the entire wardrobe space in the main bedroom. Mr M’s things were banished into the second bedroom and I think he’s secretly happy about it as there will be no squeezing and competing for space! We’re both beyond exhausted now but we’re aiming to resume our usual photoshoot schedule this weekend. I’ll also be doing a NYC travel guide in the very near future so make sure you watch out for that as well if you’re planning to head that way.

Happy Friday!

  1. It’s funny how my Pink Stripe Polo Ralph Lauren short survived multiple cullings as well haha! Currently stored in an unsued luggage bag just for when I feel like adding a formal pink shirt into my monochromatic stash of clothes :p

    Happy Wednesday!

  2. Hi Viviene, make sure you take it out of your luggage from time to time. I left a bunch of stuff in the luggage and 2 years later (long forgotten that things are in there), they smell old and stuffy..!
